WebGatineau Park is not a Parks Canada National Park. It is, however, a park owned and operated by our national government through a federal agency, the NCC. Exactly why I did not capitalize "National Park" in my initial post. The snowshoe trails are not groomed. Parks are staffed, but that is true all year.
