I honestly wasn't feeling that motivated or strong heading into the gym but that frankly doesn't matter. Squat depth could've been a bit better probably. Set the safety bars on your rack so that the empty barbell sits about 6 inches above your touch point. Be sure to set this with the empty barbell so you can adjust easily.
